ABOUT DEPARTMENT OF POLITICAL SCIENCE
INTRODUCTION:
The Department of Political Science was established in 1984 and offers a UG course as General Level. The department facilitates students’ participation in co-curricular and extracurricular activities.. The department has significant contribution to Electoral Literacy by motivating and guiding students to Voter Registration. The department imparts constitutional values to the students by celebrating Constitutional Day, Human Rights Day and Voters Day. The department has adequate teaching faculty is working hard to achieve academic excellence in imparting education to U.G. students by providing E-learning resources in the form of E-Books, , Avishkar, And field visits.
Vision:-
- To Aware Democratic, Parliamentary values among Students.
- To Increase Political Awareness in society.
- To Develop political leadership with the sense of social commitment.
Mission:-
- To Spread constitutional values like Democracy, Secularism, Fraternity, & Equality among the students as well as in society.
- To Introduce Indian Political Values & Political System of India.
- Organize ideas and focus them effectively on the Political issues
